1. Email us at info@lovemylacewigs.com photos of the unit you wish to add length to, and describe where you'd like the length to be added ("LENGTHENING SERVICE" in email subject line. 2. We will contact you within 24 hours to let you know if we can add hair to the unit. 3. If approved for services, please mark on the base of wig cap with a white make-up eye liner pencil the areas to add length. 4. If the wig can be repaired please make your payment online and mail your lace wig unit to: LENGTHENING SERVICE, Love My Lace Wigs, 13011 Brutus Hill Lane, Houston, TX, 77072 5. If we authorize a repair and it looks different than the picture we received we have a right to refuse repair service. You will be billed for shipping. 6. PLEASE SHIP YOUR WIG WITH SHIPPING INSURANCE UP TO THE VALUE OF YOUR WIG. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WIGS LOST IN THE MAIL THAT YOU SHIP TO US.
